Account Terms
To use Teardown, you need a GitHub account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and making sure any login credentials are kept safe. We're not responsible for any losses or damages if someone else accesses your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Teardown for its intended purpose - making React Native development easier and more efficient. Don't try to break things, don't use our services for anything illegal, and don't be a jerk to other users.
- Don't attempt to breach our security or test for vulnerabilities without explicit permission
- Don't use our service to distribute malware or harmful code
- Don't try to access other users' accounts or data
Payment Terms
When you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with your subscription. We'll charge you monthly or annually, depending on your chosen billing cycle. If we can't charge your payment method, we might have to suspend your account.
Cancellation and Termination
You can cancel your subscription anytime. We'll stop charging you, but you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or cause problems for other users.
Intellectual Property
Teardown and its original content remain our intellectual property. Our service is licensed to you - we're not selling it. You keep all rights to your data and code, but you grant us the right to analyze it (anonymously) and display it to you locally on your machine. Nothing ever leaves your machine.
Limitation of Liability
We provide Teardown "as is" without any warranty. We're not responsible for any damages that might occur from using our service. We'll do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that bugs won't slip through. We're not liable for any issues that arise from using our service.
Changes to Terms
We might update these terms occasionally. If we do, we'll let you know about any significant changes. Continuing to use Teardown after changes means you accept the new terms.
